Suggest a better description1. Mash beans with a potato masher, or in a food processor. 2. In a large frying pan, heat olive oil. Add onion, chilies, bell pepper, and tomatoes. Cook until onion is translucent. Add mashed beans and hot sauce. Cook over low heat, stirring frequently, for 7-10 minutes.
