Easy to make and freeze.
Sort and clean beans. Add to pot and cover with water. Soak overnight. Discard water and rinse beans. Add fresh water and salt to beans and simmer until tender. Heat oil in a deep pan. Add beans with some of the water. Squish and cook beans until they reach the desired texture. Salt to taste. Empty pan and start over again until all beans are refried. Use beans in burritos or as a side dish. Beans can be frozen and refried again.
