Simple and delicious
Saute garlic in oil for 1 minute. Add the oregano, salt and beans with their liquid.
Bring to a simmer. Let simmer until most of the liquid is gone. Mash or puree.
Good alone or in a burrito or tostado.
I added it to a corn tortilla with some cheese and avocado!
