Suggest a better descriptionMelt Manteca in a skillet add onion and sauté til clear. Add pinto beans and cook on med heat til beans start to mush. Add garlic and sauté 1 min. Slowly add chicken broth as beans thicken. Put beans in food processor and blend smooth. Put beans back in skillet and add chicken broth until you get consistency you like. Add some jack cheese and melt thru. Add s&p if needed. Put in a casserole dish add more cheese on top bake at 350* til cheese is melted and beans are hot.
