Suggest a better descriptionMix cucumber, onions, peppers, and salt in a bowl and set aside.
Put vinegar, sugar, celery flakes, and red pepper flakes in a pot and bring to a boil. Once mixture comes to a boil remove from heat and add 2 handfuls of ice until melted.
Place all veggies in large mount canning jars.
Pour mixture over cucumber and veggies and store in refigerator. Will keep for 2 months.
