Simple recipe for tasty pickles that have not additives and are Keto friendly
Source: Tim Tracker gave the general framework, but put my
1) Slice cucumbers approximately 1/4" thick.
2) Peel, crush, and mince garlic cloves.
3) Fill jar with approximately 1/2 the sliced cucumbers.
4) Add garlic and sprigs of dill, lightly crushing dill.
5) Add the brown mustard seed and cloves.
6) Add the remainder of the sliced cucumbers.
7) Combine the water, vinegar, and salt and heat, stirring until salt is dissolved. Should not need to boil.
8) Pour brine into the jar and lid up.
9) Shake to combine contents and move the spices, garlic throughout the jar.
10) Let sit in the refrigerator overnight before enjoying.
