I recently served this on cajun pork burgers to much fanfare. :)
Put all ingredients in a food processor or blender, and puree for 20-30 seconds, until still slightly chunky.
This sauce can be mish-mashed any which way you want. It's delicious with pickles instead of capers, or apple cider vinegar instead of white wine, white pepper instead of black, no ketchup, dry mustard instead of premade, even super extra hot pepper sauce added! Make it yours. ;)
