This recipe has many ingredients but most you should have on hand. I have tried dozens or recipes but this one gets the best reaction from my guests. Don't be afraid of the green olives, they really work here
Add all ingredients down to but not including chili powder to a bowl and mix thoroughly.
Add chili powder, salt and pepper to taste
For best flavor refrigerate for at least 2 hours
If you don't have creole mustard on hand, use Dijon and add 1/2 teaspoon of Cajun seasoning.
