Combine egg, bread crumbs, onion, relish, salad dressing, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Add ground beef and mix.
On wax paper pat mixture to a 12x8 rectangle. Top with sauerkraut and 3/4 cheese. Using wax paper to lift rectangle, roll jelly-roll style beginning with short end. Press ends to seal. Place seam down in 13x9x2 in pan (or use loaf pan). Bake at 350 for 50 minutes. Sprinkle remaining cheese and bake 3 minutes more. You'll be gald you did!!
