Suggest a better description1. In a bowl add eggs, add cut veggies and cheese. Mix all together
2. Cut thin slices of avocado and season with a bit of salt and set aside
3. Warm skillet in low-medium heat and add butter
4. Once all butter is completely melted add small amount of egg mixture to skillet and spread it evenly on skillet
5. When the egg is semi cooked place tortilla in the middle and add slices of avocado
6. Season your quesadilla with salt pepper and chilli powder to your own taste
7. Flip one side of quesadilla to the other (like a taco shape) and let it cook for a minute then flip and repeat
8. Once egg is fully cooked serve in a plate
9. Add sauce of Choice of you'd like
