Suggest a better description1. In a large skillet, heat the oil, garlic and onion over medium heat for about 5 minutes, stirring and reducing heat if necessary.
2. Add the chopped zucchini, squash, bell pepper, salt & pepper and cook over medium heat for 10-12 minutes.
3. Stir in chicken, pasta sauce and spices. Cook until vegetables are tender, but still firm - about 3-5 minutes more.
4. Stir in breadcrumbs.
5. Portion into 4 servings.
