Beef Chili
Bring the water and beef broth to a boil.
Shred them and add them to the boiling broth to disolve. (about 10 Minutes)
While they are desolving brown the meat.
Add all the remaining ingrediants and the browned meat to the broth and bring back up to a boil.
Simmer uncovered for 2 hours or longer if you want to cook off more water to make it thicker.
Top w/ shredded cheese and sour cream if you like.
Let it cool and reheat the next day. It's even better.
