Mix all ingredients in bowl. Pour mixture into a greased 9 x 13 pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
Use canned frosting (sour cream) or whatever you like.
Cream cheese frosting is also excellent with this, as well as a powdered sugar glaze.
Sometimes, I add raisins for variety.
