Mix yellow cake as instructed on the box. Pour into a greased 9 x 13" pan. Mix rhubarb with sugar and spread evenly over prepared cake mix. Next, dribble whipping cream over top of rhubarb and bake at 350 degrees.
Rhubarb and cream will go to the bottom of cake mix and make a delicious topping.
