DOUGH (first part of ingredient list):
-cream the butter and sugar until creamy
-add eggs one by one (plus the one egg white)
-put in flavour and add dry ingredients
-alternate with as much milk as needed
-when scooped with spoon it will drop off slowly (not runny)
-butter a 9x13 inch pan
-BAKE in preheated oven of 350 for 20 mins
-take out and put on the topping -make a high rim
TOPPING (second part of ingredient list):
-mix cornstarch and a little milk, bring rest of milk to a boil
-pour in cornstarch and sugars, stir until thick
-cool slightly and pour over the partially baked dough
-top this with 7 cups of cut up rhubarb
CRUMBLE (third part of ingredient list):
-Mix it all up until it is crumbly and spread out over the already poured topping on dough
-finally bake for 50-60mins
