Mom's recipe
Preheat oven to 375 F
Cover chopped rhubarb with boiling water and let stand for 5 minutes
Mix dry ingredients together
Add Rhubarb when done soaking
Alternate topping: Use crumbled oats with brown sugar and butter
Place in pie or tart shells
Bake for 40 - 45 minutes
Topping:
Once pie has cooled, add the meringue topping
