Muffins for breakfast
Butter and flour muffin tin. Combine dry ingredients. Cut in butter until like cornmeal. Combine remaining ingredients except cinnamon sugar In separate bowl.Fold dry ingredients into wet ones, beating just to mix. Boil 2 to 3 cups water in shallow roasting pan. Spoon batter into tin. Sprinkle top with cinnamon sugar. Place pan in oven on a rack above water. Bake18 minutes at 375°.
