My husbands favorite treat
Prepare "Never Fail" Pie crust first.
Preheat oven to 450.
Combine sugar and flour. Sprinkle 1/4 of the mixture over the prepared pie crust. Heap chopped rhubarb over this mixture. Sprinkle with the remaining sugar/flour mixture. Cut butter into small pieces and add to the top of the rhubarb. Cover with top crust.
Place pie on lowest rack in oven. Bake for 15 minutes. Reduce oven to 350 and continue backing for 40 - 45 minutes.
