Rhubarb and sugar,Cook together until soft.
Add Water, corn starch and sugar. Cook until bubbles.
Add jello and pour into prepared pie crust.
Bake 350 for 35 minutes

Use 2/3 for bottom of pie and remaining plus 1/3 cup oats for a crumble top.
