Delicious medium rare steak on the BBQ
Let steaks come to room temperature for 30 minutes to one hour. Season well.
Heat grill to 450-500 degrees.
Spray steak with cooking oil and place onto grill. Cook for 2 minutes.
Spray other side and turn steak. Cook another 2 minutes.
Spray other side and turn steak. Cook 3 minutes.
Spray other side with oil and turn steak. Cook 3 minutes.
Insert cooking thermometer and cook to 130 degrees, turning as needed.
Remove from grill. Cover with foil or lid and allow to rest 5 minutes before serving.
