mix rub ingredients together and rub about one-third into ribs. Cover and put in fridge overnight.
Before cooking, lightly sprinkle ribs with spice mixture. Let ribs sit at room temp for half hour.
Smoke at 200 for about 4 hours. Half way through, sprinkle remaining spice mixture. In the last 45 min. baste ribs with barbeque sauce.
