Cheddar and Cottage Cheese with Rice and Sour Cream
Pre cook the rice and sauté the onion in butter
In large mixing bowl combine rice and all ingredients (set aside 1/4 of the cheddar cheese)
After thoroughly mixing the ingredients spread them evenly into a 9x13 baking dish and add leftover (1/4 cup) of cheddar cheese over the top.
Bake at 350 for 30 min.
