Rice with meat
Use half portion of chopped onion.
Heat oil and add the onion cook till soft. Then add second batch of onion, meat, spices and tomato and cook until all becomes soft. Medium heat covered until becomes soft.
Add water to cover meat.
Add rice and orange peel in with all. Let it boil. Leave on low heat until water soaked, cover, and from time shake the pot.
When it's cooked, remove cover and leave on heat till all water is gone.
Add water if needed but very sparingly.
