while rice is boiling take all the bell-peppers and onions garlic and cook with butter .
when the rice is done add the veggies and taco pack together with rice and chicken
place in a baking dish top with lots of cheese cook till cheese is crispy or gooey depending on your taste preference and serve
jalapenos is optional if wanted then just cook with the veggies in butter and add some of the juice over top of rice when you open the jar
