Suggest a better descriptionBeat egg yolks until light in color. Blend in milk, rice, flour & pepper. In another bowl, beat egg whites until stiff. Fold egg whites into rice mixture. Drop by tablespoons into hot greased skillet to brown, turning only once. Makes 12 fritters.
