When the mixture bubbles, remove from heat and add the next three ingredients.
Grease the cookie sheet and put wax paper (also greased) on the cookie sheet. Spread the Rice Krispie mixture on the wax paper.
Mix the last four ingredients together to make the filling. Spread the filling on top of the Rice Krispie mixture and roll it up as you would for a jelly roll. Slice when cool. Store in the refrigerator.
