Very moist - very easy!
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
2. Grease 9x5 loaf pan
3. In large bowl, stir together : butter & sugar
4. Add to butter mix: eggs & vanilla, mix well
5. Combine in a separate bowl: flour, baking soda & salt
6. Stir flour mix into butter mix until smooth
7. Fold in : sour cream, bananas & walnuts
8. Spread evenly into prepared pan
9. Bake @ 350 degrees F for 60 minutes, or until toothpick inserted into the center of loaf comes out clean. Cool loaf 10 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely
