This salad is a favorite of our son's and therefore named after him. It is a delicious combination of sugar, Parmesan Cheese and bacon.
Rinsed and chop head of lettuce into large serving bowl. Slice cauliflower into small pieces and add to bowl of lettuce. Cook and crumble bacon and add to bowl of lettuce. Stir in sugar and Parmesan cheese; mix well. Add enough Miracle Whip to moisten salad. Serve immediately.
This salad can be made earlier, but don't add Miracle Whip until just prior to serving salad.
