1) Heat olive oil & Sauté Prosciutto for about 1 minute on medium high heat.
2) Add tomatoes, Sauté until tomatoes start to break apart.
3) Add Vodka & a pinch of crushed red pepper, cook 1 minute.
4) Add 1 slice of lemon cook 1 minute
5) Add heavy cream and parsley until slightly thickened, about 2 minutes.
6) Toss in cooked pasta and cook on low for about 2-3 minutes to flavor pasta.
Enjoy!
When i go to the deli to get my Prosciutto i usually get Prosciutto de parma (imported Prosciutto). However thats just what iv always used so feel free to experiment!
