Start by putting the dry moshrooms in a pot of water, after 5 minutes change the water and leave them for 40 minutes.
In the meanwhile boil the water and put a stock cube.
Cut the onion in little pieces, cut the garlic in the prices and smash it with a knife, then put them in the pan with oil.
Now put the rise in the pan with only the moshrooms water, leave it like this for 1 minute.
Finally pour the broth in the pan little by little until the rice reach the preferred consistence.
6 minutes before the rice is ready, put the moshrooms in the pan and mix them with the rice.
