Heat oil in large skillet over med heat
Add zucchini and onion; stirring frequently until tender (about 5 mins)
Add rice, cook 1 min stirring constantly.
Add wine; cook 30 sec or until absorbed
Add 1/4 cup broth; cook, stirring constantly until absorbed
Repeat with remaining broth, 1/4 cup at a time; adding peas at last 1/4 cup
Remove from heat; stir in Parmesan cheese, parsley, basil, salt & pepper
