Suggest a better descriptionPreheat oven to 400
cover bottom and sides of casserole with enough foil to tent the salmon without allowing any steam or juices to escape. Put the fish on the foil and add a thin coat of mustard. spread capers over the fish. Wrap the foil to close the tent, without pressing down too much. you want to leave room for steam to collect. Bake 30 minutes. Cool on counter top and refrigerate if not serving for over an hour. Bring to room temperature before serving. Cooking ahead of time improves flavor
