Beat egg whites w/ baking powder until stiff. Gradually add sugar and vanilla. Fold in walnuts and crackers.
Put into pie plate and bake for 30 minutes.
When cool and just before serving, whip the cream and vanilla together and spread on top.
Refrigerate.
