Refrigerate overnight
Combine the crushed crackers & melted butter and press into the bottom of a 9 x 13" glass dish. Chill about 1 hour.
Beat ice cream, pudding mix and milk until smooth. Fold in chocolate chips and pour over chilled crust. Refrigerate overnight.
Top with Cool Whip and ground walnuts.
** You can substitute any flavor of instant pudding. If you like coconut, add coconut cream pudding and top it with toasted coconut instead of nuts. :)
