A tasty, simple dish
1. Put a whole chicken in a roasting pan
2. Put rosemary in the cavity, followed by 1/2 of a fresh lemon
3. Sprinkle course salt and ground balck pepper over the chicken
4. Chop a red onion and arrange around the roasting pan
5. Drizzle a tablespoon of olive oil over the chicken
6. Preheat the oven to 225 degrees centigrade
7. Put the chicken in the oven
8. Flip the chicken and add 1/4 cup of water
9. Repeat the process of flipping the chicken and adding water every 20 minutes until golden brown
10. Add a little bit of water if needed
11. Keep roasting until the juices run clear
