Thaw and clean hens. Stuff cavity with orange slices and half garlic, thyme and rosemary. Tuck remaining garlic, thyme and rosemary under skin of hens. Bake in baking dish with 2 in high sides. Bake at 375 for 50 minutes or until internal temperature is 160. Cover with foil and let rest for 10 minutes.
