Nice healthy soup for a cold winters day.
Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
On an oven tray, toss Kumera and Onion in 2 Tbs oil. Season and bake for 45 minutes.
Arrange tomatoes on another tray, drizzling remaining oil over. Bake with other vegetables for 25-30 minutes until tender.
Peel Tomatoes discarding the skin.
Transfer all vegetables to a large saucepan with stock and lentils. Bring to the boil on high. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 15-20 minutes.
Blend to a smooth liquid and serve.
