Suggest a better descriptionBring the pork and bacon to room temperature Pre heat oven to 350 degrees Separate the bacon into slices and wrap around the loin of pork tucking, the ends of the slices into the butchers string holding the pork together. The pork should be almost entirely covered with bacon. Place the pork in the roasting pan and place in the middle of a preheated oven. Roasted to an internal temperature of 145 to 150 degrees. Remove from the oven and let the pork cool completely before slicing. The meat should be thinly sliced, and if still warm, should be allowed to cool before eating. The meat can now be wrapped in plastic wrap and refrigerated. Copyright 1995 Karen Saks Recipe by: Good Morning America
