stuffed meatloaf
heat oven to 350 degrees. Beat eggs,salt,pepper,thyme,nutmeg and cloves. Stir in milk,sour cream, bread crumbs. Add onions,parsley,celery leaves,chives,garlic, mix then add beef. Transfer to meatloaf pan add bacon. After 1 1/2 hrs mix chile sauce,brown sugar and dry mustard and top off meatloaf. Bake another 1/2 hr.
You can 1/2 meatloaf mixture add a layer of boars head ham, then mozzarella cheese and another layer of ham then rest of meatloaf to pan.
