Suggest a better description1. Cut pork into strips about 10 inch long and 2 inch thick. Place the strips in a pan or a large dish for later use.
2. Combine the sugar, soy sauce, bean sauce, sesame paste, Hoisin sauce, salt, rice wine, garlic, and green onion. Marinate pork with this mixture for 2 hours, then turn over for another 2 hours and brush honey all over the pork.
3. Preheat the oven 350F. Place pork strips on the rack with roasting pan underneath. Roast for 40 minutes then turn to 450F, roasting another 20 minutes.
4. Cool and slice thin. Serve at room temperature
