1) Peheat oven to 400F.
2) Slice Brussels sprouts in food processor or by hand (basically, slice them into thin slices) or use processor slicer attachment
3) Toss ingred in large bowl and spread out on single baking sheet in single layer. Roast for 10 min, stir, then continue for 5-10, until turning golden and crisp tender.
4) Serve with a dash of sea salt!
