Asparagus with light sauce on top
Arrange asparagus in a single layer on a baking sheet; coated with cooking spray. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and some olive oil. Bake at 400 for 12 min. or so or until tender.
Melt butter in small skillet over med. heat; cook 3 min. or until lighty browned, shaking pan occasionally. Remove from heat; stir in soy sauce and vinegar. Drizzle over asp. tossing well to coat. Garnish with pepper and rind, if desired.
