Pasta in Beef Sauce
1) Add salt to water - boil, then add pasta.
2) In frying pan heat EVOO over low heat, add garlic cook until fragrant, stirring constantly - 1 min.
3) Add gr. beef, salt, pepper, until lightly browned - 5 mins. Crumbling meat w/ wooden spoon
4) Add Wine, tom. paste, butter and sage. Simmer and stir
5) Add sauce over pasta
