Suggest a better descriptionOn bakig sheet, toss 2 lbs asparagus with olive oil; season with salt and pepper. Roast at 425 for 20 minutes, until tender. In a skillet, stir 1/3 c oilve oil and 2 minced garlic clves and cook for 1 minute. Stir in 1 cup panko and 2 teaspoons lemon zest. Transfer asparaus to platter and top with lemon juice and panko
