Preheat oven to 375*. Cut the tops off broccoli, do not rinse.
*put Broccoli into large ziplock bag with minced garlic, adjusted to your taste, with , 2 T. Olive Oil and salt and pepper. Shake vigorously so that all of the broccoli is covered evenly with Olive oil, garlic, and salt, and pepper.
*line a cookie sheet with foil and empty contents of ziplock onto sheets. Make sure contents are laid out flat.
Adjust cooking time if you would like it to come out come out softer.
