I love these. I cook them until they are soft and browned.
Spray oven safe plate with non-stick spray. I like to use olive oil or butter flavored. Add brussel sprouts. Sprinkle with kosher salt to taste and roast at 400 degree for 1 to 1 1/2 hours until desired texture. I also add a variety of seasonings.
