Preheat oven to 375 degrees, spray a shallow glass pan with Pam. Cut brussel sprouts in half. Mix all ingredients except the brussel sprouts well. Then toss in the brussel sprouts and mix again. Add parsley last.
Sprinkle in some red pepper flakes before roasting.
Put in shallow pan and into oven for approx. 20 minutes uncovered and toss them around. Can cover with foil and let them steam a little more and then broil to brown. Don't want them to burn or they will be bitter.
Can also top with parmesan cheese when taken out of the oven to serve.
