Easy to make
Preheat oven to 425°. Cut ends off Brussel sprouts and place in glass baking dish (I use a 9x12.) Chop cauliflower and broccoli ave place in pan. Drizzle with olive oil (butter can be used in place of olive oil) and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Mix together in the pan. Roast for approximately 25-30 min, keeping an eye on it and stirring occasionally.
Keep a close eye on it so it doesn't burn!
