Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Toss Brussels sprouts in basting oil, in large bowl and season to taste with salt and pepper. Spread in single layer on baking sheet. Roast on center rack of oven , turning once after 20-25 min and then roasting until slightly browned and tender when pierced by a knife tip.
