Quick and easy squash bake
Preheat oven to 350'F. Spray glass cooking dish with Pam. Toss squash chunks into baking dish. Sprinkle with onion / pepper alternate. Sprinkle Mrs.Dash and black pepper. Drizzle with oil. Cover with shredded cheese.
Cover with aluminum foil or glass lid and bake for 1 hour. Check at 1 hour and uncover and continue baking for 15 mins.
Makes top brown uncovered.
Serve warm.
